Any blot on the application form is perceived by the Department of Internal Affairs as an attempt to conceal or correct information about the applicant. To minimize the likelihood of errors, it is recommended:

- on a paper form, if any inaccuracies are found, rewrite the entire page;
- strictly check the data from personal documents with those included in the application form.
If an error is discovered during the process of submitting an application for a 5-year international passport, the FMS specialist may simply refuse to accept the applicant’s papers. But he may also give the applicant a blank form and ask him to fill it out again during the appointment.
Submission of documents and forms
