Why do you need temporary registration?

In Moscow for citizens of the Russian Federation

Temporary registration in Moscow is possible only by the owner of the property. To register, the owner must provide title documents for the property.

The person who registers must also be present.

In this case, the following documents are required from him:

  • passport and its copy;
  • statement.

  • an application filled out by parents or legal representatives;
  • birth certificate or passport (upon reaching 14 years of age).

Registration deadlines remain the same. The difference from the general procedure for temporary registration is that when a child is moved in with the parents, the owner’s consent is not required.

Registration of minors has special requirements if the child is under 14 years of age. According to the legislation of our country, according to Article 20 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, a child’s place of residence is considered to be the place of registration of parents or other representatives.
