Is it possible to obtain dual citizenship?
Azerbaijan and Russia will maintain mutual diplomatic relations. Every year the volume of military-technical and economic assistance increases, the flow of passengers by sea, air and railway transport increases. The authorities of the states signed an agreement on mutual crossing of borders without issuing visas.

Which authorities should I contact?
